There's an old adage that says:

Coupons. They're hard to pass up. They're such a good deal. They're everywhere. 
But........they're a sales "gimmick!"

Sorry to be blunt, but it's a fact.  No one, not even the big box stores can afford to offer
their services at a 40%-70% discount on a regular basis.  When they offer discount coupons
every week of the year, this begs the question, "50% off of what price?" 

The gimmick of weekly coupons is easy to employ.  You simply raise your prices across
the board and then discount your services to everyone who walks through the door.
The deceived customer departs thinking they got a bargain and the retailer got the normal
price for his service.  No harm, no foul, right?  They succeeded because they got you
in their store.

Well, we refuse to play that game.  We think you deserve more respect than that
and you deserve a right to custom framing services that are not veiled in a pricing
scheme.  Custom framing is not a "commodity".

Contrary to what they would like you to believe, there is a "qualitative differentiation"
in custom framing establishments.  Rimrock Art & Frame doesn't sell crafts, fake plants
or home decor.  Custom Framing is our focus.  Therefore we are set apart. 
Rimrock Art & Frame is a dedicated Custom Frame shop and has certain preservation
materials and methods available to us that the craft stores do not.  Therefore we are set apart.
Rimrock Art & Frame is locally owned and operated and it's employees are available
to focus their attention on the client's Custom Framing needs...not restocking the shelves
of a mega-warehouse.  We are set apart!
